I also tested the penetration of Cor®Bon. Civilians like high speed and probably don't need the level of intervention of peace officers. My favorite Cor®Bon load is the DPX, a 160-grain, solid all-brass hollow point at 1,070 fps. It is a good personal defense load that shows a good balance of expansion and penetration. Another option is 230-grain Cor®Bon ball. The Performance Balance Line has been very accurate in every pistol I've tested in 9mm and .45 caliber, and the newly introduced GAP .45 is no exception. It is a good choice for pistol games and informal targets.
Be careful when pouring by hand. The author correctly blew the .45 GAP load, probably due to an insufficiently tight bolt.
I successfully loaded the GAP .45 and someone noticed a "bump" head case. It was during the first few weeks of production that I received one of the first GLOCK 37 rifles. Never try to measure this number and make sure there are many tensions in the muzzle. The economy is good to deal with.
